Ikatee Sam is a sewing pattern for a unisex parka, jacket, coat or vest. It comes in two lengths: short or mid-length. There are multiple collar options: round neck, round collar, classic collar or lined hood. There are also several opening options: button placket or visible zipper with facing. The pattern features options for both worker style patch pockets, round pockets or a chest pocket and the jacket can be fully lined for extra warmth. Combine all of these options for a wide variety or jacket and coat styles.

Fabric suggestions:
Cotton canvas, jeans, coated canvas, oiled or waxed, woollen fabrics, thick linen. The use of thick knitted fabrics is possible (such as knitted denims, fleece, sherpa, fake fur)
Lining: poplin or fleece/jersey for body + hood or polyester (for sleeves). It is possible to quilt lining with a padding at hood, body and / or sleeves (see the video for instructions)
