Ikatee Louise is a sewing pattern for a dress or blouse for children. This pretty pattern can be made with our without the ruffled collar and with either short or long sleeves. The pattern features a front yoke and back opening with an optional back ruffle. Paired with leggings, boots and long sleeves in the winter, or with sandals in the summer, Louise is the perfect all-season pattern.
